Description Top Fuel round 1:

The first round of Top Fuel has been run, and both Martin Stamatis and Phil Read advanced to the semis.

Phil Read was first to win the round running a 4.87 against Allan Dobbo Dobson's 5.00, and Stamatis got over the line first in his race with a 4.80 winning against Bob Shepherd's slowing 5.48.

Round 2 of eliminations due at 8pm.
